HACCP Certification (in-person)

August 17-18, 2022 • $795

You must register by August 3rd.

In this course, you will learn about the 3 major categories (Biological, chemical, and physical) of hazards and relevant examples. You will learn to evaluate ingredients in your food manufacturing process from raw material to shipping for potential hazards. We will also go through the 7 principles of HACCP, including how to successfully implement and maintain the program. This course is certified through the International HACCP Alliance.
