As a CDR Researcher, Srirupa works with the analytical and cheese research group on numerous projects. Srirupa previously worked at CDR as a Research Intern. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biotechnology from Shiv Nadar University, India. Srirupa also worked closely with CDR when she earned a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focused on modifications to milk powder processing for manufacturing wheyless Panela cheese. In addition to being passionate about dairy chemistry, Srirupa loves to play the piano, visit art museums, chase sunsets, paint and travel.
