Pratishtha Verma

Dairy Ingredients & Applications Specialist

Pratishtha has a master’s degree in Dairy Manufacturing from South Dakota State University. Her research focused on identifying a natural antimicrobial released by predominant species within dairy membrane biofilms that might be employed as a biosantizer to get rid of robust membrane biofilms in the dairy environment. She also has 3 years of professional experience working in the dairy industry on ingredient applications aimed at increasing the protein load and developing new application areas for milk ingredients. As a dairy ingredients & applications specialist at CDR, Pratishtha works with clients on various projects and supports short courses.
