Andrea serves as the administrative director for CDR, providing leadership for coordinating external work agreements, advancing staff development and workplace culture activities, and strategic planning and implementation. She comes to CDR with six years in higher education administration including five years at the Staley School of Leadership at Kansas State University where she drove the creation and implementation of critical operational processes and procedures. Her work focuses on increasing organizational effectiveness by investing in key stakeholders – faculty, staff, and students – and integrating a positive supportive work culture that leverages individual strengths to exceed organizational goals. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University. She is the daughter of third generation dairy farmers and proud to contribute her skills and experience to the industry that provided so much for her family.
