Tom Blihovde

Cheesemaker

Tom comes to CDR with more than nine years of experience working in the dairy industry. He has worked for CROPP Cooperative (Organic Valley) at their facilities in Chaseburg and Cashton, Wisconsin as well as at their plant in McMinnville, Oregon. Tom also has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. As a cheesemaker at CDR, he assists with all aspects of cheesemaking and is involved with cheese trials and troubleshooting.
