Assistant Coordinator Cheese Industry & Applications
Rebecca joins CDR with 35 years of experience in the dairy industry, including technical support, training, product development, and troubleshooting. Over her career, Rebecca has taken many CDR short courses as well as presented. In her previous employment with industry culture houses, she has collaborated with CDR on many projects including starter culture performance, enzyme functionality, and industry problem-solving. She has a Bachelor’s in biology education from Minnesota and a Masters in bacteriology from UW-Madison. She is very excited to join CDR, where her focus will be industry troubleshooting and trials, but will also include short courses and outreach.
