Nick comes to CDR with several years of experience in the dairy industry, working at Burnett Dairy Cooperative and White Hill Cheese. As a cheesemaker, he has experience making Swiss and American styles of cheese. In addition to a cheesemaking license, he has a pasteurizer certification. At Burnett Dairy Cooperative, he served as a master operator; running all aspects of the plant from intake through cheesemaking and packaging and also running the whey plant. At CDR, he assists with all aspects of cheesemaking and is involved with cheese trials and troubleshooting.
