Jim Natzke

Jim Natzke has an education and experience in both Food Science and Business. He has technical expertise in food safety and production efficiency. He has work experience as General Manager of Roth Kase, VP of Supply Chain for Emmi Roth and CEO of Carr Valley Cheese. Jim was also a part of the ownership of Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion, and was one of the founding owners of Cheese Louise. More recently, his focus has been on helping to develop business plans and using financial data to manage start-up and turn-around situations in food companies.
