Looking for help and review in preparation for taking the Wisconsin Cheesemakers license exam? Then plan to attend this new one day workshop offered in three locations: Appleton, Barneveld, and Eau Claire. CDR staff will provide an overview of topics such as basic cheese manufacturing science, principles of moisture and pH, basic mathematical calculations commonly used by cheesemakers, and DATCP regulations. There will be the opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on how to prepare for the exam..
