Method of Instruction
The content portion of this program is online with the secure examination scheduled and offered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus for each registrant. Lectures and plant exercises are presented by technical experts from regulatory and industry partners with University of Wisconsin-Madison faculty and staff.
Who should Attend
A certificate of completion is awarded for passing the examination at the end of the course. Under DACTP Ag 65, the State of Wisconsin requires a certified pasteurizer operator to be present during pasteurization; this training qualifies plant personnel for this purpose.
