Advanced Preventive Controls (in-person)
You must register by September 1st.
This course is meant for Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals looking for more explanation and detail on the 4 Major Preventive Controls of Process, Allergen, Supply-Chain and Sanitation. This course will go in to what good examples are of each type of preventive control, justification and discuss the relevant hazards, critical limits, monitoring, corrective actions, verification, records and validation for dairy operations. A pre-requisite for this course is having a PCQI certificate.
