We provide expertise on quality issues, such as, inconsistent product performance, defects, and guidance on how to achieve desired functionality.
Dairy Safety & Quality Coordinator
As the Dairy Safety & Quality Coordinator for CDR, Marianne assists plants with food safety plans, quality issues, performs third party audits, serves as a regulatory liaison and participates in numerous grading contests. She has a degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has more than 30 years of experience working in regulatory, private industry and academic settings.
