Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker and Babcock Hall cheesemaker Gary Grossen recently competed in the 2013 Wisconsin State Fair Cheese and Butter competition. His Gouda placed first in Open Class for Semi-Soft Cheeses, with 99.55 points out of a possible 100. His brick placed second in the Brick, Muenster category with 99.3 out of 100 possible points.
