As the Dairy Safety & Quality Coordinator for CDR, Marianne assists plants with HACCP implementation, quality issues, performs third party audits, serves as a regulatory liaison and participates in numerous grading contests. She graduated with a B.S. in Food Science from UW Madison and has more than 30 years of experience having worked in regulatory, private industry and academic settings. Master Cheesemaker Program Administrative Coordinator
Joanne is the administrator of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker© Program and coordinator of the dairy industry short courses offered by CDR. She has a degree in Agricultural Journalism with an emphasis in Marketing and has been with CDR for more than 15 years. During that time she has grown in her many duties and continues to work towards improving communications regarding the dairy short courses and the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker© Program.
