Working with CDR
We make working with us as easy as possible. Since we are primarily funded by the Dairy Farmer Checkoff program and the dairy industry, as long as your project is focused on improving the Wisconsin and US dairy industry, involves a dairy product or ingredient, and your company is based in Wisconsin or the US, we are here to help you.
Years of food and product manufacturing expertise to assist you.
The Center for Dairy Research (CDR) offers you the expertise of more than 30 researchers with over 300 years of combined experience in food and dairy manufacturing. Supported by dairy farmer checkoff dollars, CDR is world leading in product development, contract research, troubleshooting for product and process manufacturing, and training services. We're your Doctor on Call for the dairy industry.
