The CDR Industry Team (CIT) is composed of industry members from various sectors of the dairy industry. Membership offers benefits such as: preferential scheduling for pilot plant trials and applications assistance; members-only access to various resources such as the CDR Insider e-newsletter via the CDR website; platform for sharing industry needs; and participation in the CIT Research Forum, a one-day, members only preview of the latest research at CDR/UW Food Science related to dairy. CDR also hosts a spring meeting for members where we provide program and facility updates, as well as networking opportunities and a forum for providing input and support to the direction and focus of CDR.
