1. What is GFSI?

2. What is SQF?
SQF stands for Safe Quality Food. This program was designed to meet the needs of suppliers and buyers to ensure compliance with food safety regulations worldwide at all stages of the supply chain. The SQF program is comprised of two codes: SQF 1000 (primary producers) and SQF 2000 (manufacturers, distributors and brokers of food products). SQF is aligned with HACCP, ISO 9001 and NACMCF. 3. What is BRC?
BRC stands for British Retail Consortium. BRC meets the criteria of the Global Food Safety Initiative. BRC was created to ensure supplier compliance and secure retailers ability to guarantee the quality and safety of the food products they sell. 4. What is FSSC 22000?
