U.S. dairy farmer support and interest in the manufacture and utilization of dairy ingredients initiated the start of the Dairy Ingredients Program at CDR in 1997. Since then, the program has developed capabilities in processing, functional testing, and application development in support of U.S. milk and whey derived ingredients. Our goal is to meet the needs of dairy ingredient manufacturers and end users of dairy ingredients. We provide support for dairy ingredients through onsite visits, training seminars, short courses, pilot plant trials, functional testing, prototype development, written resources and technical support.
