Cheese Program Outreach Efforts
Cheese Industry, Research, and Applications Program staff, through consultations, contract pilot plant trials, application laboratory evaluation, on-site trials and consultations, work in a confidential manner with all aspects of the cheese and dairy industry. From dairy producers with an interest in cheese, to dairy manufacturers to ingredient and equipment suppliers, our applications staff works with the entire distribution system; conversion, retail, food service, wholesale, brokers, warehouses, executive chefs, and quick serve restaurants; wherever cheese is used in a food application system.
