Brian Gould, Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics
Coordinate the Dairy Market and Economics program at the Center. Areas of research include examining the determinants of domestic and international dairy product consumption, dairy manufacturing economics, and the use of dairy futures and options for price risk management by dairy industry participants. Maintains a dairy marketing website located at http://future.aae.wisc.edu which contains current and historical dairy marketing information as well as a variety of tools/publications designed to assist the dairy industry manage their price risk.
